What is the Pride Partner Event in Magic?

• Ral, Monsoon Mage
• Tomik, Wielder of Law
• Huatli, Poet of Unity

Magic Presents: Pride is a special Commander event where every commander is treated as though it has partner, allowing players to pair two commanders that normally couldn't share the command zone. Wizards continued the event in June 2026.

That opens up everything from flavorful couples to gloriously strange mechanical pairings. Normal color-identity restrictions still make the chosen partnership an important part of constructing the resulting 100-card deck.
